Mr. Brian Mwanamambo is an Agricultural Economist with specializations in agribusiness economics and investment finance. He has 10 years work experience in agribusiness commercialization, cooperative development and strategic business planning for SMEs.
Mr. Mwanamambo is an active member of various professional bodies including the Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ), the American Agricultural Economics Association (AAEA), the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association (IAMA), and the Zambia Institute for Public Policy Analysis (ZIPPA).

Mr. Gulam Banda is an Agribusiness and Natural Resources expert with 14 years experience working with developmental agencies targeting large and small agribusinesses, engaged in designing of commercialization models for smallholder production that provide innovative solutions for rural development and is specialized in enterprise development for group businesses (Co-operatives). He conducted several Rural Participatory Appraisals (PRA) and has over the years developed and sharpened community skills necessary for the development of successful rural enterprises.
Mr. Gulam Banda is a Certified Trainer of Trainers of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols related to meat, poultry and seafood.
