Management Training Program (MTP)
Frontier has a management training program in place for college and university graduates. This programs runs for 12 to 18 months and is especially targeted at students that have passed through Frontier’s Internship Program.
Graduates admitted into this program are trained in all core activities of the company and therefore prepared for management positions in the company. The trainees later take positions in Frontier, manage other portfolio companies where Frontier has a significant equity interest, or participate in related programs in the region (including assignment to international duties).
